Here’s how:
→ Find an underserved audience or unique problem
→ Make sure your approach is different from competitors
→ Own a signature framework (Sam’s is MPM -- Niche, Positioning, Messaging)

Sam gave the example of a Pilates coach who pivoted from “generic online classes” to helping women with osteoporosis rebuild bone health & prevent fractures in 90 days. That niche exploded her business.

🚀 Implementation: Look at your market. Where is the gap? How can you position yourself differently from everyone else?


3️⃣ Your Messaging Is Off (And It’s Pushing Clients Away)

Most entrepreneurs talk in “coach speak” that makes perfect sense to them, but means nothing to their audience.

→ If your message sounds like, “I empower high achievers to find balance,” nobody knows what that actually means.

→ Instead, speak in the words your audience actually uses.

Sam’s formula: CLEAR > CLEVER. If a 10-year-old can’t understand your message, rewrite it.

Sam even revamped his own offer to guarantee clients land at least one paying customer before he’s done working with them. THAT is what sells, the certainty.

🚀 Implementation: Rewrite your offer. If you’re just listing what they get, flip it into what they’ll achieve.


5️⃣ Sales Calls Should Be Closing Calls, Not Convincing Calls

If you’re spending 45 minutes trying to convince someone that they even have a problem, you lost before you started.

Sam’s strategy? Pre-sell before they even hop on a call. That way, they already know:

→ Who you are
→ What you do
→ Why it works

By the time they get to the call, it’s just about closing the deal.
