🚨 Why Most Refunds Happen (And How to Stop Them)

Refunds don’t happen after the sale.
They happen before the sale is even made.

I guarantee that if you go back and listen to your refunded calls, you’ll find red flags you ignored.

Buyers who weren’t fully committed.

The 3-Question Anti-Refund Framework

Right before taking payment, I pause the sale and ask three key questions:

1️⃣ “Are you fully ready to commit to this process?”

→ Most successful clients take ownership of their success.
→ We’ll
support you every step of the way, but you have to show up and do the work.

🚨 Red Flag Response: “I think so” or hesitation.
What You Want: A confident, “Yes, I’m ready.”

2️⃣ “Will this put you in a financial bind?”

→ Investing in yourself sometimes means shifting priorities or making sacrifices.
→ But if this purchase
genuinely jeopardizes your basic needs, it’s not the right time.

🚨 Red Flag Response: “Well… I’ll figure it out.”
What You Want: “No, I’ll be okay.”

3️⃣ “Do you fully understand the refund policy?”

→ Most transformations take time—if they expect instant results, they’ll refund.
→ “We offer a
X-day refund window for emergencies, but after that, all sales are final.

🚨 Red Flag Response: “Wait, I can’t just get my money back if it doesn’t work?”
What You Want: “Yes, I understand and I’m committed.”
